Quidditch Round-up: McGill wins Canadian Cup; QWC Pools are set for next weekend

This week, our quidditch round up includes:
Canadian Cup results: Carelton University hosted the first Canadian Cup for Quidditch last weekend, which featured eight teams: Carelton University, McGill University, the University of Ottawa, St. Lawrence University, Queen’s University, McMaster University, Ryerson University, and the University of Toronto. St. Lawrence University took home the tournament’s Sportsmanship award, and the champion of the tournament was…McGill University! Congratulations McGill University! Quidditch World Cup: The Fifth Annual Quidditch World Cup pools are all set! You can see the pool setup thanks to the IQA. Teams have been organized into pools of 5 teams randomly selected based on current ranking positions. Be sure to check out the current quidditch rankings.
