Recipe of the Week: Rock Cakes by Melinda

Hagrid served the golden trio his special rock cakes several times during their visits to his hut, usually filled with a teeth-breaking crunch inside. This week’s recipe submission from Melinda will not require an immediate trip to the dentist. Her Rock Cakes are soft and filled with cinnamon raisin goodness.

Every other week, we are featuring a new recipe for you to try at home, and we would love to receive a Harry Potter-related recipe that you enjoy making. Do you know how to make delicious European fares such as bouillabaisse, Yorkshire pudding, or Molly’s Alfredo sauce?
