‘Potter’ cast members reflect on last 10 years; discuss what they ‘borrowed’ from the sets
Another video, this one from HmV, has been released from the promotional tour that several cast members held during the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 Blu-ray/DVD launch in the UK earlier this month.
Discussing a variety of subjects relating to the film series and sets was Warwick Davis, Mark Williams, James and Oliver Phelps, and Jessie Cave. Each of them shared what they have ‘borrowed’ from the sets at Leavesden:
James Phelps – “We ‘borrowed’…if they wanted it back for any reason they could ask us and we’d happily oblige. But I do happen to have a Weasley Wizarding Wheezes Skiving Snackbox, complete with all the kit inside.”
Jessie Cave – “I actually do have something of Lavender’s. I accidentally wore home a stud [earring].”
Oliver Phelps – “I actually ‘accidentally’ have a bag from the Weasley’s joke shop. I found it. It was easier for you to take something, er ‘borrow’ something that was going to not be missed as easy.”
Warwick Davis – “…I have a Gringott’s galleon from the first film, and that’s when they were properly minted coins. But it’s legit because it was given to my daughter, Annabelle, by one of the producers.”
Mark Williams – “I’ve got one. I wore Arthur’s shoes to something, and there were two sets of shoes. Jany [Temime] said, ‘It’s okay. you keep them.'”
Mark Williams also commented on how they had filled Leavsden Studios with all of the sets, filled the Pinewood Studios, and had sets in Shepperton for the final film, which is a massive amount of production for one film.
