Hogwarts Express train ride rumors at “Wizarding World” theme park
As we reported previously, the planned expansion at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, could include a train ride on the Hogwarts Express to travel between the new section (presumably Diagon Alley) and the current Hogsmeade and Hogwarts section.
Obviously, this would be an amazing feature for fans of Harry Potter to experience; however, sources at Screamscape have released new information pertaining to the possible addition, which would make the experience absolutely insane.
According to the sources, the Hogwarts Express train would appear to be very realistic on the inside with a narrow walkway down one side of the train and individual doors leading to separate compartments with a pair of face-to-face seating benches similar to the films. Even more spectacular though, would be the exterior windows could actually be a video screen, presumably to give the rider the appearance of traveling across the Scottish mountain landscape on their way to Hogwarts from London.
This setup would be based on a very similar train ride called the Ocean Express system used at Ocean Park in Hong Kong.
