Phelps twins attend Emerald City Comicon this past weekend

In case you were wondering why James and Oliver Phelps did not attend the Grand Opening of the Warner Brothers Studio Tour red carpet event, well, it’s because the twins were in Seattle, Washington for Emerald City Comicon.

Originally, Tom Felton was scheduled for this convention that took place from March 30 through April 1, but Tom had a scheduling conflicted  which forced him to back out which allowed an opportunity for the Weasley twins to be with the fans on April Fool’s Day! How appropriate is that?

Fans of the Harry Potter series dominated the crowds over the weekend as they were dressed in wizarding attire of all kinds, and they were not disappointed as the twins interacted with many fans through autograph signing sessions, photo sessions and a terrific discussion, which you can watch right here.
