“Harry Potter” Actors James and Oliver Phelps to Open Singapore Exhibition

To celebrate the Asian premiere of Harry Potter: The Exhibition at Singapore’s ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands, Harry Potter film stars James and Oliver Phelps, who play Fred and George Weasley in the film series, will bring their magical wit and charm to the opening events.

The exhibition offers fans a firsthand look inside the famous wizard’s magical world, giving guests the opportunity to experience the fantastic craftsmanship of hundreds of authentic props and costumes from the Harry Potter films.

The exhibition will be open to the public from Saturday, June 2, until Sunday, September 30, 2012.

“It is absolutely incredible that these two actors from the films, who did their characters in the books so much justice, are here for Asia’s preview of this much[-]anticipated exhibition,” said Mr. Nick Dixon, Executive Director, ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands. “We hope fans throughout Asia will have the opportunity to visit the exhibition while here at ArtScience Museum and discover a world of creativity through the magical Harry Potter: The Exhibition.”
