The fan-made film ‘Battle of Hogwarts’ now officially released on MuggleNet
MuggleNet is proud to exclusively release the fan-made film titled Battle of Hogwarts right here and right now!
Battle of Hogwarts is a fan-made Harry Potter project from director Oliver Hollingdale and many other crew members and actors from a small film company called Sunnymeade Films in the UK. Oliver is an award wining Visual Effect Artist who previously made a Fan Film based upon Harry Potter, where he explained the Potter series in 60 seconds. This short film piece became the runner-up in the Empire Movie Awards competition – Done in 60 Seconds.
Battle of Hogwarts showcases a battle between students and Death Eaters in a remote part of the castle away from the main action of the Trio – Harry, Ron, and Hermione. The forces of evil try to destroy all that is good and a handful of students try to defend the vulnerable section of Hogwarts during the early morning hours of May 2, 1998.
What is truly incredible about this film is that it was made out of pure love and respect for the Harry Potter series as this was made with a zero dollar budget. Hard work and long hours is what brought this film to life.
