Daniel Radcliffe to attend Whistler Film Festival in Canada
As we reported previously, Daniel Radcliffe has been in Vancouver, Canada filming his new movie, Horns, which will wrap this month. As reported by The Province, Radcliffe will remain in Canada for a Nov. 30 “spotlight tribute at the Whistler festival”, along with actor-writer Rashida Jones (The Social Network, Parks and recreation), where they will speak about their careers.
Dan will chat about his experience on the Potter films in addition to his other ventures such as “stage plays, the upcoming Horns, the Toronto-filmed romantic comedy The F Word, and the beat-generation historical drama Kill Your Darlings.”
The Whistler Film Festival, now in its 12th edition, will also play host to Variety’s 10 screenwriters to watch and will include the Borsos jury, “who will pick the winner of the $15, 000 best Canadian feature prize” and “a new award for best performance in a Borsos competition film.” The festival takes place from November 28 to December 2.
