The Margate Hotel, the home of MISTI-Con, has 80% of its rooms booked for the convention! MISTI-Con has an overflow hotel, but to have the best convention experience staying at the Margate is a must.

The Margate is a private resort that features an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym facilities, in addition to a private lake front beach with many rooms facing the water. MISTI-Con has exclusive use of this resort and its entire interior is going to be transformed for the convention.

A Harry Potter fan convention, MISTI-Con is a once-in-a-lifetime fan experience. Designed to be the most immersive and engaging fan convention, MISTI-Con will adopt an entire resort space, specifically The Margate Resort in Laconia, New Hampshire, from May 9-13, 2013. The resort will feature full-scale vignettes inspired by the look and feel of the films, transforming the Margate and immersing guests in the magic of the Wizarding World’s Ministry.
