Warwick Davis “An Idiot Abroad” Interview Roundup
As previously reported before on MuggleNet, actor Warwick Davis – who portrayed Professor Flitwick in the Harry Potter film series – is appearing in the third series of An Idiot Abroad, alongside original host Karl Pilkington. With the first episode airing yesterday, Warwick has undertaken quite the publicity run and has been giving interviews left, right and center.
From playing Radio Poker on Absolute Radio to appearing on sofa of popular Breakfast programme, This Morning, Warwick has really been doing the rounds. Check out his Radio Times interview here and his interview with Karl for The Sun here.
One thing seems clear from these interviews, Karl and Warwick, who’d only met ‘once or twice’ before beginning the trip, haven’t quite become “friends for life”! When asked by Holly Willoughby of This Morning if the pair now had a special bond after travelling for five weeks together, Warwick replied “It’s that same sort of bond, you get when you have gone through a trauma with someone.”
An Idiot Abroad will be shown on Sky1 for the next two Fridays at 9:00 p.m.
UK based fans of Warwick Davis can also catch the actor in this year’s New Wimbledon Theatre Christmas Panto, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. For more information, visit the ATG site.
