Daniel Radcliffe to make appearance at the “Academy Awards”
According to an article on Broadway.com, Daniel Radcliffe will be making an appearance at the 85th Academy Awards on February 24, 2013.
The theme for the Oscar Award show is “Music in Movies.” Craig Zadan and Neil Meron are the telecast producers for this year’s ceremonies and were the executive producers for the Broadway revival How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, which starred our favorite wizard Daniel Radcliffe.
This will mark the first time Dan has made an appearance at the Oscars. In previous years, while Harry Potter was becoming the “most-successful movie franchise in history,” the franchise itself was nominated for a total of 12 Oscars but as we all know, never won a single one of them.
The Academy Awards will air live on February 24 on ABC and will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane. Will you be tuning in to watch Dan’s special appearance? Let us know in the comments below.
