“Alohomora!” Favorite Moment #3
To celebrate their one year anniversary, every week between now and April 18, the hosts of Alohomora! are going to share one of their favorite moments with you. You might be surprised as to which moments some of them pick…or not surprised at all. Be sure to read each of their posts carefully though, as they will provide hints and clues to a very exciting announcement that the podcast is making on its actual anniversary, April 18.
This week, our resident Brit (and closet witch), Rosie, shares with us her favorite moment from the past year:
My favourite moment has got to be our very first live show when we all sat down to watch Philosopher’s Stone together. We had no idea if the movie-watch was going to work, whether anyone would show up or if we would have too many technical difficulties. Yet it really did work and it was so much fun to see so many people around the world, all watching their DVDs together and geeking out with people they’ve never met. It was the first time we really got to interact with our listeners and really cemented why we wanted to start Alohomora in the first place. We’re here to relive the magic with fans from around the world and we’re so happy and grateful that you’re all here helping us achieve something brilliant!
