Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter launches new campaign

by Keith Hawk · March 7, 2013

If you have been to Warner Brothers Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter, then you know that one of the most amazing aspects of the tour is actually not a set or prop or costume at all….it’s the staff members!

The staff members that are stationed around a majority of the tour are the Secret Keeepers of so much information from behind the scenes filming of the Harry Potter series. They include extras from the film, costume makers, chaperones, and members of the tech and catering teams throughout the creation of the most successful movie franchise of all time.

In fact, the staff members of the Studio Tour won a National Customer Service Award last September and the feedback from the fans has been incredible. This editor even wrote about the staff and how wonderful they were when I visited the Studio Tour last March.

Now, the Studio Tour is recognizing the staff for the amazing job they do each day. Beginning on Monday, there will be new posters and images on bus sides, billboards, websites, magazine articles, shopping centres, and newspapers over the next week.

Here are some of the images of the staff:

    • Hair and Make Up
  • Potions Room

It’s time to recognize the staff that make the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter so MAGICAL! Well done and well deserved!

Did You Know

When Arthur Weasley takes Harry Potter to the Ministry of Magic, they must first dial a secret code into a telephone keypad. He enters the number 62442. The letters underneath those numbers on a standard mobile phone spell out the word “magic.”

Potter Quote

“Well – it’s just that you seem to be laboring under the delusion that I am going to – what is the phrase? – come quietly. I am afraid I am not going to come quietly at all, Cornelius. I have absolutely no intention of being sent to Azkaban. I could break out, of course – but what a waste of time, and frankly, I can think of a whole host of things I would rather be doing.”
