“A Young Doctor’s Notebook” mini series to premiere in US this summer

A Young Doctor’s Notebook, a four-episode mini series starring Daniel Radcliffe and Jon Hamm, is set to premiere in the US this summer on Ovation. Last year the series aired in the UK and became the Sky Arts channel’s most watched show, earning 800,000 viewers.

The series follows an older doctor (played by Hamm) looking back at his younger self (played by Dan) during his first job working in a hospital in Russia during revolutionary times. Because the show was such a big hit in the UK, director James Hunt is hoping to complete a second season when the actors have time.
