Confused Wizard
Dear Hermione Granger,
How may a young wizard who is shy approach a witch he fancies?
Are there certain steps or instructions you may know of that work? I ask you, and not your husband, Mr. Weasley, since you yourself stated that he has “…the emotional range of a teaspoon…”.
Thank you so much,
Confused Wizard
Dear Confused Wizard,
Not having any experience in being a young wizard who fancies a witch, I feel more than slightly inadequate to answer your question. However, I will certainly try my best.
I first recommend becoming friends with this young witch. Get to know her better as a person. Be kind to her. Complement her on things that other people would normally not notice. Communicate openly with her. Make her laugh.
I believe that is the best advice I can give you. Ronald would also refer you to a book known as Twelve Fail-Safe Ways to Charm Witches, but I’m not entirely sure how helpful this reference is. As for the “emotional range of a teaspoon”…let’s just say it seems that my angry comment was unjustified.
Regards,
Hermione Granger
