Recipe of the Week: Butterbeer Ice Cream

Our Recipe and Fan Art of the Week features are back once again on MuggleNet! However, the program will work a bit differently this time: Our two segments will alternate on a weekly basis. This week, we feature a delicious new recipe from Madam Rosmerta: Butterbeer Ice Cream!

As most Harry Potter fans know, butterbeer is arguably the most popular drink in the wizarding world. Everyone from Hogwarts students to house-elves know that sipping a mug of this delicious drink is a great way to relax. Though it is said that butterbeer has a warming effect, this Recipe of the Week shows that it can also be a great way to cool down on a hot summer’s day! So if you’re looking for a way to cool down Harry Potter style, give this a go.
