Concept artist from PoA and GoF to appear at Bradford Animation Festival
The Bradford Animation Festival at the National Media Museum in West Yorkshire, UK will play host to graphic novelists, illustrators, and movie concept artists in November.
Among the honored guests will be British artist Dave McKean, who provided concept art for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. In addition to his work on the HP series, he has worked with author Neil Gaiman on graphic novels and illustrated children’s books.
This year’s festival will also be celebrating its 20-year anniversary, according to director Deb Singleton.
We’re delighted to be celebrating our 20th BAF birthday this November with such a fantastic and varied line-up of screenings and guests, including globally renowned animators from as far away as Australia and the US.
The festival will also be teaching classes for animators, students, and younger fans. For ticketing and admission information, visit the BAF website.
