Pumpkin Juice by Melinda
MelindaEveryone loves a refreshing glass of pumpkin juice on a hot day, whether you're kicking back on the Hogwarts Express or chowing down in the Great Hall. This sugar-free version allows anyone to enjoy fresh pumpkin juice whenever they like!
Ingredients
- 1 squash or pumpkin
- 1 apple green
- 2 apricots
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cups water
Instructions
- Use juicer to juice squash, apple, and apricots.
- Add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to juices. Whisk until liquid is uniform.
- Add water as desired and whisk together.
Notes
- This recipe uses squash instead of pumpkin. Feel free to try it with both.
- Add water until your juice reaches the desired consistency; it starts out quite thick.
