Emma Watson records love poems for Valentine’s Day app!
The Telegraph has revealed that Emma Watson has recorded a series of poems for an upcoming audio version and app of Allie Esiri’s The Love Book, which was released earlier this month. The app itself will be released on February 14, Valentine’s Day.
Allie said that Emma’s “people got in touch […] They told me she had fallen in love with the app and could she come and read some poems?“
Allie further added that Emma chose some of her favorite poems to read: “She brought in some of the ones she really loved.”
Allie’s previous app, iF Poetry, which was released in 2011 to critical acclaim, featured readings from other Potter alumni, such as Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) and Bill Nighy (Rufus Scrimgeour), alongside other well-known actors. Emma is in good company!
