Rupert Grint’s “Cherrybomb” finally gets US release
It was just this morning that we posted about Rupert Grint taking part in a press conference yesterday for his first Broadway appearance in It’s Only a Play, but now we bring you more exciting news!
It’s been quite some time since Rupert’s film Cherrybomb has been released in other countries. In fact, it was back in 2010 when it got its UK release, but there has never been any word on it coming out in America… until now, that is.
Rupert-Grint.US reported earlier today that the thriller set in Belfast is due to be released by Brainstorm Media on September 2 via iTunes and Amazon Video, but as of now, there’s “no word yet on whether we will get any other type of release.” Still, it’s very exciting that American fans will finally be able to watch and own a film that they may have given up hope on seeing.
Do you live in the US and have been waiting to see Cherrybomb? Are you excited that it’s finally getting released? Let us know in your comments.
