Chinese Fireballs: Spicy Meatballs
Crystal Not only are these meatballs easy to prepare, but they are also an efficient way to have your guests serve themselves and give you some much-needed time to cater to other hosting duties. Be sure to experiment with different dips/sauces of varying intensity to accompany this hot finger food. Those who shy away from spicy dishes should consider themselves warned!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup jam raspberry
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha (optional)
- 24 meatballs prepackaged
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except meatballs) in a medium-sized sauce pan, and bring to simmer.
- Prepare meatballs according to package instructions.
- Add meatballs to simmering sauce.
- Serve warm.
