UPDATED: Emma Watson appears in “The Vicar of Dibley” sketch for Comic Relief
Emma Watson has made a cameo appearance in a special The Vicar of Dibley sketch for BBC’s Comic Relief. The actress had teased fans that she would be making an appearance on the annual charity telethon earlier in the day, writing,
Don’t miss @rednoseday tonight on @BBCOne from 7pm… You might see a familiar face… #RND15

In the sketch, Watson played a rival to lead character Geraldine, played by fellow Potter alumna Dawn French (The Fat Lady in Prisoner of Azkaban). You can check out a clip from the sketch below,
Meanwhile, it was announced today that actor Josh Gad, who voiced the character of Olaf in Disney’s hit film Frozen, will be playing the character of LeFou in the upcoming live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast, in which Watson will be playing Belle. Shooting for the film is set to commence on May 15.
