Luna Lovegood to Open “Fantastic Beasts” Film!

In an exciting Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them film development, here at MuggleNet we’ve learned that a fan favorite Harry Potter character will be opening the first Fantastic Beasts film.

The film will open much like The Hobbit, with Luna Lovegood herself talking about the story and introducing the characters to the audience. Luna, of course, goes on to marry Rolf Scamander, the grandson of Newt, and so it makes perfect sense for this well-loved character to open up this new series of films.

We do not know yet who will play Luna, or how long the introduction will be, but we look forward to finding out more about this story!
