Flight of the Hippogriff Constructed at Hollywood’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Universal Studios Hollywood is replicating Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade, including the Flight of the Hippogriff roller coaster. The only attraction that is not being added to the new area on the West Coast is Orlando’s Dragon Challenge roller coaster, according to the Theme Park Insider.
With construction taking a long time, scaffolding around Hogwarts and Hogsmeade has finally come down, and the Flight of the Hippogriff roller coaster has begun conducting preliminary test runs to make sure everything is running smoothly for park guests. Earlier in the year, we reported on how construction was making progress, in hope of a speedy opening.
