Expedition Wandless: Day 11

Over halfway done with our competition, and we have had our second team cross the finish line. The team from the United Kingdom is able to join Japan in enjoying the last few days in Brazil. Adalina Mancer reporting.

The people in the streets of Rio de Janeiro sure got a kick out of the United Kingdom team running around chasing and yelling at the Pokémon. All three of their team members managed to capture a Pokémon, gaining a 15-point bonus from our judges on top of the 5 points they receive for completing the challenge.

Breathtaking! What a beautiful picture the German team posted to Instagram! Oh, and SnapChat, too! After deciding to take a motorboat from Ubatuba to Rio (which is 15 points), they saw this beautiful home on the water and couldn’t resist taking a picture. Photos like these make me really wish I traveled more.

After being assured that photobombing is nothing dangerous, I am happy to report that Team Switzerland successfully completed the Selfie Challenge. They saw a large group taking a photo and jumped in the background of it. 10 bonus points to the Swiss for creativity from Judge Baxbe.

It is so much fun reporting on this event and being involved in the Wizolympics as a whole. Stick with us as the end of our competition grows nearer.
