Alumni Roundup: Be the Light for Lumos
Last week, J.K. Rowling took to Facebook Live to chat about Lumos’s new campaign, We Are Lumos Worldwide, and launch an exclusive limited edition Lumos t-shirt. Many Potter alumni have spoken up to support the cause, from appearing at a special Lumos ambassadors breakfast last weekend and watching a special gala performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, to sporting the t-shirt and sharing their support on social media.
For this week’s special edition Alumni Roundup, we’ve gathered some of the highlights from the Lumos gala performance of Cursed Child and the launch of the campaign.
Several Potter alumni were there as ambassadors to the charity, including Evanna Lynch, Jason Isaacs, and Warwick Davis.
J.K. Rowling was there to make a speech.

Bonnie Wright also supported the cause from afar and talked about her trip to Haiti.

Of course, it wasn’t only our Potter film alumni who got behind Lumos. The Cursed Child cast members also gave their support, taking part in the special gala performance and sporting t-shirts themselves – so it only seems right to include them in this week’s roundup too.
