Daniel Radcliffe to Star Alongside Zachary Quinto

Daniel Radcliffe’s latest film, Imperium, saw him become an undercover agent. Now, initial details of his next project have been revealed. The film, currently titled We Do Not Forget, will see Daniel take on another real-life story, inspired by the tale of a

real battle between the ‘hacktivist’ organization Anonymous and the Mexican drug cartel known as Los Zetas.

Daniel will star alongside Zachary Quinto, known for playing Spock in the recent Star Trek films. The script for the film will be written by Zach Helm (Stranger Than Fiction). Deadline explains a little bit more about where the story for the film came from.

Anonymous reportedly uncovered 25,000 Mexican government emails that had the names of Zeta members and their business information. The organization threatened to make the documents public after one of its members was kidnapped by the cartel. The decision to take on the powerful cartel riled the members of Anonymous, internally, which is understandable given the level of violence attributed to the group. The cartel hired security experts to track down the hackers, promising death to any whose identity was uncovered.
