You Can Have Breakfast at Hogwarts!
If you’ve ever dreamed of enjoying Cheeri-Owls at your House table in Hogwarts’ Great Hall, good news: This August, you can!
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter has announced that it will be holding a special breakfast event in the Great Hall on August 20 and 27, 2017. This special ticketed event will let guests enjoy breakfast, including “breakfast canapes, fresh pastries, fruit smoothies and bucks fizz” while dining at specially decorated tables. Those cute Cheeri-Owl and Pixie Puffs boxes will be on full display, and staff members will be dressed in full robes, ready to take photographs with guests.
Additionally, guests for this event will be shown some extra secrets. Special effects supervisor John Richardson will be there to demonstrate how the door to the Chamber of Secrets was made, and costume designer Laurent Guinci will “help you step into Professor Slughorn’s armchair suit for a unique photo opportunity”!
Guests will also receive complimentary butterbeer in the backlot and be able to explore the entire tour before the first scheduled tour of the day.
Tickets are £99 per adult (about US$128) and £79 per child (about US$102); children under four are free. Tickets go on sale July 19, 2017, at 10 a.m. on the Studio Tour website.
