Social Media Roundup: Spreading Magic and Love with Lumos
It may be nearly Christmas, but that doesn’t mean that things are slowing down for our favorite Potter alumni. They’ve been busy over the last few weeks, traveling, filming, speaking at UN events, working with Rowling’s charity, Lumos, and much more. Let’s catch up with some of them.
For the Phelps twins, it was a chance to record their first-ever podcast.
Listen here.
Matt Lewis made some particularly specific British jokes before announcing a new partnership.
Dawn French (the Fat Lady) was up to mysterious things backstage – watch this space for more details about what on earth this was all about…

Nat Tena (Tonks) was busy filming, but everyone deserves a break for Thanksgiving.
To all of the cast and crew @wisdomcbs HAPPY THANKSGIVING from Mimosa and me. We all deserve a well earned break. Eat, drink and me merry! pic.twitter.com/Q9aycNhDwU

Meanwhile, Bonnie Wright headed to the UN on behalf of Lumos to talk about why it is important for children to be with their families.
Honored to be part of a discussion y’day @UN with @lumos to shine a light on children subject to a life of modern slavery in orphanages

It wasn’t just our Potter alumni who were keeping busy. Alison Sudol (Queenie) released some new music (in between, we presume, a busy Fantastic Beasts shooting schedule!)

Eddie Redmayne headed to the British Library with Lumos to celebrate the opening of the new Potter exhibition, where he met fans.
And finally, it’s that time of year when we are all busy giving gifts, celebrating with our loved ones, and eating a little bit too much. If you’ve got a bit extra to give somewhere, then why not heed Jason Isaacs’ call and support Lumos this year?
It's #GivingTuesday – an entirely apolitical, unquestionably wonderful tradition I'd urge you to uphold. If you can spare cash, pick a worthy cause and donate (you might consider @lumos). If you can't, think of someone who needs help and help them #TheRealThanksgiving
