Social Media Roundup: Spreading Magic and Love with Lumos

It may be nearly Christmas, but that doesn’t mean that things are slowing down for our favorite Potter alumni. They’ve been busy over the last few weeks, traveling, filming, speaking at UN events, working with Rowling’s charity, Lumos, and much more. Let’s catch up with some of them.

 

For the Phelps twins, it was a chance to record their first-ever podcast.

Meanwhile, Bonnie Wright headed to the UN on behalf of Lumos to talk about why it is important for children to be with their families.

A not so normal day at the office. Had the honour of joining @wearelumos today at @unitednations in a panel on modern day child slavery in orphanages. A highly undiscussed topic that we need to re-educate ourselves about. Did you know on average 80% of orphans have a living parent that they could be living a much healthier life with? Eddie Redmayne headed to the British Library with Lumos to celebrate the opening of the new Potter exhibition, where he met fans.
