New Projection Show Comes to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando

More magic is coming to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort! Universal Orlando announced that a new projection show will take place at Hogwarts Castle at night.

This winter, Universal Orlando debuted a new projection show as part of the “Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle” event. The show included imagery from the Harry Potter films projected on Hogwarts Castle, accompanied by a musical arrangement, also from the films. The holiday-themed show lasted seven minutes.

Details about the new projection show are scarce, besides the announcement that this show will also take place at Hogwarts Castle and will be, like the winter-themed show, an animated projection mapping experience. In the same blog post, Universal Orlando teased other announcements coming this year regarding Universal Orlando Resort, and we can only hope that includes more exciting Wizarding World news!
