Unlock Exclusive Audiobook Content with Sport Relief Challenges
Comic Relief and Pottermore have added even more content to the Hogwarts League for Sport Relief. The league allows you to earn money for charity (and your House!) through your steps. Now you can join a couple of challenges, 100 Quidditch Pitches and the Annual Broom Race of Sweden, that were inspired by Quidditch Through the Ages. When you reach milestones in either of these challenges you’ll be treated to exclusive sneak peaks of the new audiobook, narrated by Andrew Lincoln, before it comes out on March 15.
The solo challenge, 100 Quidditch Pitches, was created “to honour the most famous sport in the wizarding world” and requires participants to cover the Quidditch pitch 100 times (sorry, they’ve specifically banned the use of brooms!). This distance equals about nine and a half miles, or 20,064 steps.
The group challenge, the Annual Broom Race of Sweden, inspired by the eponymous event in which fliers race from Kopparberg to Arjeplog, challenges participants to work as a group to cover the distance of the broom race, a little over 300 miles total.
Want a taste of what you’ll get when you reach a milestone in a challenge? Pottermore has released a clip of the audiobook, in which Lincoln describes the Wronski Feint we saw in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
