“Crimes of Grindelwald” Wins Golden Trailer Award

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald won Best Fantasy Adventure at the Golden Trailer Awards!

GTA19 took place on Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Los Angeles, California. Crimes of Grindelwald was up against Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Solo: A Star Wars Story, and Thor: Ragnarok. The announcement was made by actress and comedian Lea DeLaria, who had a fun time onstage making her audience laugh before revealing the winner. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald will be released on November 16, 2018. The film will explore the story of Magizoologist Newt Scamander assisting Albus Dumbledore in bringing down the Dark wizard Grindelwald. According to a Warner Bros. press release, “The adventure reunites Newt with Tina, Queenie and Jacob, but his mission will also test their loyalties as they face new perils in an increasingly dangerous and divided wizarding world.”
