Progress Made on New Universal Studios Ride

For months, rumors have been swirling about the new ride at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Attractions Magazine keeps sharing photos of the construction for us to analyze, and this newest batch shows that builders have made even more progress.

Overhead photos show the main structure coming closer to completion. Those who speculate that this ride might center around the Forbidden Forest may notice the abundance of trees surrounding what is definitely Hagrid’s hut.

The sheer size of this coaster is also apparent, as seen in the above images. It looks to be more than double the size of the largest Hogsmeade site, with an entirely new path at the entrance.

The ride has just begun to take shape, so its theme will be more clear as the opening date approaches in 2019. Until then, we’ll rely on Attractions Magazine and its informers at @bioreconstruct to keep us updated!
