“Hogwarts Mystery” Releases Year 5 Chapters 11 and 12
Fans of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery might have been a little disappointed when last Thursday’s update didn’t reveal a new chapter to play, but instead a fun Christmas event. However, good things come to those who wait, and this week’s update has included Year 5 Chapters 11 and 12!
Players will come across a familiar character in Chapter 11. You wouldn’t want to buy a cauldron from him (it’s probably stolen), but he’s useful to know if you’re in a tight spot – it’s Mundungus Fletcher!
Galleons for his wares and Knuts for his knowledge, meet the nefarious fence of Knockturn Alley, Mundungus Fletcher. Would you trust him? https://t.co/gEMZHiNVnR pic.twitter.com/m2ecK8kYb2

After meeting Mundungus, there are a few new classes to complete in Chapter 11. In Transfiguration, players will learn how to transfigure a guinea pig into a piggy bank, and the History of Magic class will cover the goblin rebellion of 1612. Unfortunately, there isn’t any information available about what lies in store for Chapter 12, but we’re looking forward to finding out!
As well as new gameplay, Hogwarts Mystery is also continuing with its House Pride event. In this event, players can win an ugly Christmas sweater as well as the usual coins and other items. Another change for this event is that players will only be allowed to join in after they have earned at least 20 points for their House.
Are you taking part in the House Pride event? What are you most looking forward to in Chapters 11 and 12?
