Rupert Grint’s “The ABC Murders” Is Coming to Amazon Prime
We can’t wait to see Rupert Grint play Inspector Crome in the new series The ABC Murders, which is based on the novel by Agatha Christie. If you have access to the BBC, you may have already started watching the show, the second episode of which aired on December 26.
Grint plays a very different character from our beloved Ron Weasley. He described Crome as “someone with authority,” which isn’t exactly how we’d describe the younger Weasley brother. From the clips we’ve seen, it looks like Grint’s character is very serious.
If you don’t have access to the BBC but you do have Amazon Prime, you’re in luck! The show will premiere on the Prime Video streaming service on February 1, 2019.
Amazon has released a trailer for the series, which, in addition to several appearances by Grint, also features Shirley Henderson, whose voice you may recognize – Henderson played the delightfully strange Moaning Myrtle in the Harry Potter movies.
