The California Neighbor Pass is an annual pass for Universal Studios Hollywood that can be purchased for $149 by anyone – not just California residents. This pass is currently the most price-friendly option for those looking to purchase an annual pass. This pass features 175 available days to visit the entire park, including the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, during a nine-month period.

While there are blackout dates for this pass, guests will still be able to choose any day of the year for their first visit after purchasing. After the first visit, the blackout dates will become unavailable. Additionally, guests who purchase the California Neighbor Pass will have access to friends and family discounts on general admission tickets as well as discounts on special events such as Halloween Horror Nights.
