“Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle” Returns to Universal Studios Hollywood This Summer
If you missed your chance to see Universal Studios Hollywood’s exciting new projection show, “Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle,” this spring, don’t worry: The show will be returning this summer!
“Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle,” which first premiered in April, had an additional limited run on May 25–27. Now, the magical spectacular, full of Dementors, Death Eaters, and Lord Voldemort, will be returning from June 22 to August 11, 2019.

As darkness falls at Hogwarts™ [C]astle, Dementors™, Death Eaters™ and other unspeakable creatures cloak the stone walls with sinister images from the darker side of magic. Experience the fire-engulfed army of Inferi, the soul-draining breath of Dementors™ and the haunting image of Lord Voldemort™ as you stare in awe at the castle’s takeover. This powerful spectacle is accompanied by an atmospheric musical score created by John Williams.
“Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle” is also the first show at Universal Studios Hollywood to make use of drone technology, which is featured in the show’s finale.
