Smyths Toys Stores Across UK to Host LEGO “Harry Potter” Giveaway This Month

A magical LEGO giveaway is coming to Smyths Toys stores across the United Kingdom on Saturday, August 24.

As part of the Back to Hogwarts event at Smyths Toys, fans will be able to receive free Harry Potter figures at their local Smyths Toys stores starting at 9:00 a.m. while supplies last. No purchase is necessary – fans must simply be present to receive their free figure. Only one figure per child will be given.

Speaking of LEGO Harry Potter, LEGO has released three amazing animations on YouTube featuring the new Harry Potter sets. The sets that have been animated are 75945 Expecto Patronum, 75946 Hungarian Horntail Triwizard Challenge, and 75947 Hagrid’s Hut: Buckbeak’s Rescue.

The first animation puts a clever and funny twist on the scene from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban where Harry saves Sirius Black from the Dementors.

 

 

The second animation shows the scene from the first Triwizard task in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire where Harry is being chased by the Hungarian Horntail.

 

 

The third animation is also from Prisoner of Azkaban and shows Harry and Hermione saving Buckbeak from being executed.
