The Honeypot Cafe is hosting a Hogwarts Banquet this holiday season! Get ready for some incredible, magical food, including butterbeer, treacle tart, and Golden Snitch macaroons. The dates available are December 8 at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., December 9 at 7:30 p.m., and December 11 at 7:30 p.m. There are tickets available for adults and children.
Harry Potter Holiday Party at the Round Rock Public Library
If you live near Round Rock, Texas, and are looking for something festive and magical to do this holiday season, look no further! The Round Rock Public Library is hosting a Harry Potter Holiday Party for ages 8 to 18, complete with a costume contest, trivia, and many other exciting things. They are also accepting canned goods at the event to be donated to the Round Rock Serving Center. The party with take place on December 14 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
18th Annual Christmas Pudding Fundraiser in Phoenix, Arizona
The 18th annual Christmas Pudding fundraiser will feature Alice Cooper and his mostly reunited group with the special addition of Fantastic Beasts’ own Johnny Depp. The fundraiser will take place on December 14 and will also feature Rob Halford from Judas Priest, Extreme’s Gary Cherone and Nuno Bettencourt, Mark Slaughter, Joe Bonamassa, and Sister Sledge’s Debbie Sledge. Tickets for the fundraiser are $50 plus fees.
Bewitched Bash at Manitowoc Public Library in Manitowoc, Wisconsin
In honor of the Yule Ball from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Teen Services at the Manitowoc Public Library is hosting a Bewitched Bash. The Bewitched Bash will take place on December 13 at 6:30 p.m. No need to worry if you haven’t been Sorted into your Hogwarts House because the magical evening will start off with a Sorting Ceremony! There will also be lots of yummy treats and D.I.Y. stations for the creatives.
The Ultimate Harry Potter Marathon at the Prince Charles Cinema in London
Looking to pull a magical all-nighter with loads of other Harry Potter fanatics? The Prince Charles Cinema is hosting a marathon featuring all eight films for an intense 21-hour moviegoing experience. The marathon will start on May 30 at 8:30 p.m. and will end on May 31 at 5:25 p.m. All are welcome, but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the marathon.
Wizards and Wands Art and Crafts Show in San Antonio, Texas
The Wizards and Wands Arts and Crafts Show is a free-admission bazaar featuring local artists, vendors, crafters, creators, chefs, and many more with a passion for the Harry Potter series. It will take place in San Antonio on January 25 and 26, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Parking is free, and all lovers of magic are welcome to attend.
A Day at Hogwarts at the Bannock County Veterans Memorial Building in Pocatello, Idaho
A Day at Hogwarts will be held to raise funds for the construction of My World Discovery Museum. Kids will have the opportunity to live a day in the life of Harry Potter with events and activities such as fighting Dementors, going to classes, getting their own wands, and learning spells. The event will take place on January 24 and 25 and tickets are $21 for a two-and-a-half-hour period. Grab your tickets now, as they sold out quickly last year!
Winterfest at Seaport “Days at Hogwarts” at Grays Harbor in Aberdeen, Washington
Grays Harbor Historical Seaport is hosting events and activities over two weekends in December with the theme “Days at Hogwarts.” These events will take place December 6–8 and December 12–15. There will be lots of magical classes to attend as well as a Yule Ball with prizes for the best themed outfits. There will be a white-bearded man in attendance, but you’ll have to see to find out whether it’s Santa Claus or Albus Dumbledore!
Harry Potter Watercolor Event at Michaels in Burbank, California
Have you ever wanted to create artwork? Michaels at Empire Center has created a magical opportunity for artists and artists-to-be to watercolor an 8×10 portrait of their favorite Harry Potter character. The event will be on December 8, 15, and 21 at 4:00 p.m. and will cost $40 per person.
Yule Ball in Indianapolis, Indiana
AwkwardNerd Events is hosting a Yule Ball on January 17 and 18 at 8:00 p.m. at the Turner Hall Ballroom. On January 17, the ball will be Dark wizard–themed with a dark cocktail and other events that will be revealed. Both nights will have a costume contest at 10:00 p.m. Those with early admission will be able to come at 7:00 p.m. to learn the champions waltz. This event is for those 18 years and older.
A Very Harry Christmas Pop-Up at Replay Lincoln Park in Chicago, Illinois
From December 6 through January 5, this pop-up will bring lots of magic to Replay Lincoln Park. This pop-up will include Weasley sweaters, Ollivanders wands, a flying Ford Anglia, and even a Whomping Willow. There will also be a Yule Ball, trivia, and more! Themed food and cocktails will make this event the most magical one of the year, featuring items such as Huffle Pizza Puffs and Marauder’s Mull.
Holiday at Hogwarts in Omaha, Nebraska
The Holiday at Hogwarts event in Omaha will be held every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. through December 21 at the Apollon Art Space. It will be a magical experience for attendees, including a holiday feast and a trip through Diagon Alley.
