Goblin Tongue: Raspberry and Mint Mojito

Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint leaves fresh
- 1/2 cup raspberries frozen
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 shots gin
- ice
- soda water as needed
Instructions
- In a highball glass, combine mint and raspberries, leaving a few for garnish. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to crush them together.
- Add sugar and muddle together.
- Top with ice cubes and gin.
- Fill glass with soda water. Stir.
- Garnish with leftover mint leaves and raspberries.
Notes
- This is an alcoholic drink and is not intended for minors. A mocktail could be made by replacing the gin with additional soda water.
