New Beatrix Potter Audio Edition Will Feature “Harry Potter” Stars
Penguin Random House is celebrating a Potter birthday! Children’s author Beatrix Potter’s 154th birthday is being celebrated with a new audio edition of Beatrix Potter: The Complete Tales. These captivating tales will be read by an all-star cast, including some well-known Harry Potter stars.
According to The Bookseller, Olivia Colman (The Favourite, The Lobster) will begin this journey by reading The Tale of Peter Rabbit. David Harewood (Homeland, Supergirl) will read The Tale of Mr. Jeremy Fisher, and Tom Hardy (Inception, The Dark Knight Rises) will read The Story of a Fierce Bad Rabbit.
The list of stars doesn’t stop there. David Tennant (Barty Crouch, Jr.) and Alfred Enoch (Dean Thomas) are in this extensive cast of more than 20 stars. All 23 tales from Beatrix Potter will be brought to life with this audio collection featuring special sound effects and music.
