Ingredients
- ice
- 2 oz. gin
- 2 oz. tonic water
- dash orange bitters
- 1 orange peel
Instructions
- Fill rocks glass with ice.
- Combine tonic and gin in glass.
- Stir bitters into drink.
- Garnish with orange peel.
Notes
- Try Empress Gin or Blue Magic Gin, and the drink will turn pink when mixed with tonic.
