Learn Even More About the New LEGO “Harry Potter” Additions!
Here at MuggleNet, we’re totally excited about the new Harry Potter offerings from LEGO. New collectible minifigures and a new Diagon Alley set were just released on September 1; plus, the fun of an augmented reality (AR) tour through the bricks of LEGO Diagon Alley certainly doesn’t hurt!
For those of you who haven’t gotten the chance to purchase yours yet, the Brothers Brick has reviewed the new collectible minifigures. The review gives a closer look at many of the figures themselves, as well as some interesting facts about them. (For instance, the reviewer noted that this is the first time that Griphook has been a named minifigure, despite the existence of goblin Harry Potter minifigures in the past.)
Meanwhile, LEGO’s website has plenty of photos of the new Diagon Alley set, which is available for purchase for $399.99. The set has a total of 5,544 pieces and is intended for those 16 and older. With everything from Ollivanders to Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlor included, the set is immersive. Plus, in case you missed it, James Phelps (Fred Weasley) and Oliver Phelps (George Weasley) took a look at the Diagon Alley set for themselves.
