Social Media Roundup: Giving Thanks
Welcome back! It is once again time to catch up with some of the stars of the Wizarding World in this latest edition of MuggleNet’s Social Media Roundup! During the past two weeks, there’s been Harry Potter rewatching, a few podcast announcements, Thanksgiving wishes, love for four-legged friends, and more.
Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR), which is annually on November 20, honors the lives and memories of transgender people who have been murdered due to acts of anti-transgender violence. Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley) shared his support of the LGBTQ community and called out the UK government, which cut bullying projects geared towards LGBTQ kids in school.

During a recent Harry Potter rewatch, Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) took the time to pose during a Malfoy-versus-Potter scene for the House points count. Point for House Slytherin!

On November 25, Argentine professional football player and manager Diego Armando passed away. As fans, Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) and Oliver Phelps (George Weasley) paid their respects to the fallen player.

Speaking of the holidays, November 26 was Thanksgiving in the United States. Wizarding World stars Ron Perlman (Gnarlak), Jason Isaacs, and Jamie Campbell Bower (young Gellert Grindelwald) took to their social media accounts to express their thanks. We hope all those who celebrated had a wonderful and safe day.

Loving life with dogs, Bonnie Wright shared a picture of her adorable dog, who has the bluest eyes. Meanwhile, Ron Perlman adopted a new dog named Harrington, who was rescued and has now found his furrever home. And after being away from Tom Felton for one day, Willow showed all the excitement of being reunited.
