Social Media Roundup: Everything Is Coming Up Weasley
Come in and pull up a chair while enjoying some Chocolate Frogs. It’s time to see what some of the Wizarding World stars have been up to in the latest edition of MuggleNet’s Social Media Roundup! During the past two weeks, there’ve been some new podcast episodes, throwback Thursday pictures, happy birthday wishes to a Harry Potter actor, and much more.
Unfortunately, there was some sad news shared during this time as well. Captain Sir Tom Moore, a British veteran of the Second World War, passed away on February 2. He became well known for his fundraising efforts during the first coronavirus lockdown in the United Kingdom, during which he raised £33 million for NHS charities. Sending their condolences were Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy).
Desperately sad news. A hero in every sense of the word. https://t.co/LtlTuq4jpp
