Fruity Sanguini Martini
Katy McDaniel and Emily StrandThis martini recipe is one of three cocktails from Potterversity's ninth episode, "Harry Meets Dracula." It is a sweeter, fruitier alternative to our Savory Sanguini Martini.
Ingredients
- 3 Bing cherries stems removed
- ice
- 1 oz. gin
- 3 oz. Lillet Rouge
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 Bing cherry stem on (for garnish)
Instructions
- Muddle stemless cherries in cocktail shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice. Add gin, Lillet Rouge, and orange bitters.
- Shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with stem-on cherry.
Notes
- Lillet Rouge is a red wine-based liqueur.
- This is an alcoholic drink and not intended for minors.
