The “Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses” House Cup Champion Is Announced
After months of excitement leading up to Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses, we finally have a House Cup champion. The series started at the end of November in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone film release. For anyone wanting to catch up on this series, be warned that this article contains spoilers.
After four tantalizing head-to-head battles between the Houses, the title of House Cup champion goes to none other than Hufflepuff!
The loyal and patient Hufflepuffs who won are David Martin, Luke Neville, and Adriana Redding. This trio used their House traits to overcome the wise Ravenclaws and ambitious Slytherins in an exciting grand finale that happened Sunday night on Cartoon Network and TBS.
As the House Cup champions, the winning Hufflepuffs receive all the bragging rights, an inaugural Tournament of Houses trophy, and a once-in-a-lifetime magical trip to Wizarding World locations all across the East Coast in the United States. This trip includes a $1,000 shopping spree at the Harry Potter New York store, tickets to the Broadway production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, a trip to the expanded touring experience Harry Potter: The Exhibition, three days at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort, and an advance screening of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
Talk about the trip of a lifetime. We know that Hufflepuffs far and wide are showcasing their House pride a bit more today. Congratulations, Hufflepuff!
