Also promoting positive change was Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley), who spoke out via Twitter about a vote by the National Trust to ban the organization’s involvement in LGBTQ+ Pride celebrations. Rankin urged members of the National Trust to vote against the motion.
If you’re a @nationaltrust member, please vote against this ridiculous motion. National Trust is there to preserve and share the UK’s history, and the LGBTQ community are an integral part of that. https://t.co/gMJghVpKSE
