Daniel Radcliffe to Be Featured on Netflix’s Upcoming Animated Series “Mulligan”
Netflix’s upcoming series Mulligan is set to premiere on May 12, and Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe has been announced as one of its recurring guest stars.
Mulligan is an animated series cocreated by Robert Carlock and Sam Means (both known for 30 Rock and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) as executive producers alongside Tina Fey, David Miner, Scott Greenberg, Eric Gurian, and Joel Kuwahara. The adult comedy follows a group of survivors who restart society after aliens attack Earth.
After Earth is destroyed by an alien attack, a rag-tag band of survivors has to start society over from scratch. It’s an opportunity to learn from humanity’s past mistakes and get things right this time. Or make the same mistakes all over again. Probably the second one.

Mulligan’s regular cast will include Dana Carvey (Wayne’s World), Nat Faxon (The Descendants), Tiny Fey (Mean Girls), Phil LaMarr (Pulp Fiction), Sam Richardson (We’re the Millers), and Chrissy Teigen (The Mitchells vs the Machines), and Ayo Edebiri (The Bear), Ronny Chieng (Crazy Rich Asians), Daniel Radcliffe, and Kevin Michael Richardson (1995’s Mortal Kombat) will appear as guest stars throughout the series.
Radcliffe’s character has been confirmed as King Jeremy. You can read his character description, as provided by BroadwayWorld, below.
Jeremy Fitzhogg is the party-boy son of an English Lord who was working in the British Embassy when the aliens attacked, but everyone in America thinks he’s smart because of his accent. And when he realizes he’s the last surviving British citizen, he declares himself King.
This isn’t the first time Radcliffe has starred in animation; he recently lent his voice to Comedy Central’s new series Digman, and he appeared in an episode of Rick and Morty last year.
It sounds as though Daniel’s character on Mulligan is going to bring a few laughs to TV screens. Are you intrigued by the upcoming Netflix series?
