“Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions” Has a Release Date and Trailer
As any Potter fan knows, new school years at Hogwarts come with a sense of excitement that is due in part to the start of Quidditch season. Soon fans and gamers will be able to experience this themselves, from anywhere, with no Hogwarts Express ticket required. A year after its first announcement, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions finally has a release date – September 3 this year!
Through solo play, competitive player-versus-player, and cooperative online matches with friends, players will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the sport and all the magic of the wizarding world. Imagine being able to have a scrimmage against the Weasleys at the Burrow or even soar around the arena at the Quidditch World Cup. Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions offers iconic locations and the opportunity to play as, or against, some of the franchise’s most beloved characters. David Haddad, president of Warner Bros. Games, speaks more to this:
‘Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions’ gives fans a chance to delve further into the Harry Potter world with the thrill of playing this beloved, fantastical sport. The team has worked to capture the spirit of Quidditch, including iconic characters and never-before-seen areas of the wizarding world.
If that weren’t enough, a trailer was also released, giving fans a sneak peek into the thrilling gameplay soon to come.
